Store in cool dark dry environment where ther is no light or moisture, we found the back of our cupboard was the best place. The band around the applesauce will be screwed on all the way to prevent breakage of the seal during delivery or pickup. To stop bacteria and early popage of your applesauce please slightly unscrew the ring or completely remove it. We promise it will not break the seal and will keep it fresh for longer, if by chance it does break please do not devour it and we will be glad to replace it with no charge. Once the seal is broken place in the fridge and enjoy with a meal or as a snack.
